The main objective of gathering this information was to contribute towards improve their service levels. The work also involved design and development of a computer based system – which captured the key information from the designed Questionnaires. provided. The system also generated several reports which assisted users to identify critical areas for service improvements. Our role was to design a Program Evaluation System for the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution. As part of this evaluation exercise various parties who were involved in Institute projects and cases were asked to provide information about their experience. This Information was gathered through a set of eleven Questionnaires.
