Prof. SP Bansal has over 24 years of experience as an academician and administrator in over 25 countries. His area of expertise lies in management, research methodology, marketing, finance and quantitative technique.He, presently serves as the Vice Chancellor of two state universities -Indira Gandhi State University, Haryana and Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwavidyalya, Khanpur Kalan and was the former VC of Maharaja Agrasen University, Himachal Pradesh. In addition, he is a visiting professor and expert to universities and boards such as, University of European Tourism (UET) Italy, Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU), Himachal Central University, Nominated Member of Board of Governors IITTM, Ministry of Tourism, and Govt. of India. He has also been published with several prestigious research journals such as Tourism Development Journal, Tourism Dimensions and Tourism Spectrum, Himalayan Studies Journal, IIHS (UGC Centre of Excellence). He has worked on 11 research projects of national importance and published 25 books. Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kulshreshtha has been working as Professor at Indian Institute of Tourism & Travel Management (IITTM) since last 13 years. In addition he is also the President of the Tourism and Hospitality Educators and Research Association of Asia (THERAA) and Sr. Vice President & Advisor of the Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress (ITHC). He has worked in over 46 nations on academic and professional assignments and delivered lectures at several reputed platforms such as United Nations Symposium, Tehran, University of Dhaka, European University of Tourism, Milan, etc. He is a Certified Trainer of Asian Development Bank for Tourist Guides Training sponsored by UNWTO and World Federation of Tourist Guide Association, Cyprus. He serves on the boards of several government departments as an expert such as Governing Council, Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council (National Skill Development Corporation), Board of Studies of Department of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, Sub Committee for finalizing National Vocation Educational Qualification framework for Hotel and Tourism Sector constituted by Ministry of Human Resource Development. He has published five books and more than 45 papers on different themes related to Management and Tourism. Prof Manoj Dixit is a blend of scholar, teacher, trainer and researcher. He is currently serving as Vice Chancellor, Dr. RML Avadh University, Faizabad since May 27, 2017. Before joining here, he was serving as Professor and Head, Department of Public Administration, University of Lucknow. He is passionate about tourism and travel where he not only developed academic expertise, but also practical delivery. He served for over 4 years as Director, Institute of Tourism Studies, University of Lucknow; 3 years as Hony Director of MKITM, UP Tourism, Government of Uttar Pradesh and at several expert positions in over a dozen universities and social organisations. He trained over 4500 persons for 2013 Kumbh; developed tourism products for Ayodhya; the most famous being the Divya Deepotsava. He is widely travelled and has writer over 10 books for this sector. He has also supervised 10 Ph Ds in tourism sector.

Prof. Dinesh Kumar joined YMCA University of Science & Technology, Faridabad as the Vice-Chancellor on 04.11.2015. Prof. Kumar has been awarded the prestigious Indian Science Congress Association Homi J Bhabha Gold Medal by Shri Narendra Modi, Prime Minister of India. Under the supervision of Prof. Dinesh Kumar, YMCA University of Science & Technology, Faridabad is accredited by NAAC “A” grade. Recently, Prof. Dinesh Kumar has been elected as President of Materials Science section of Indian Science Congress Association for the session 2017-2018. Previously Prof. Dinesh Kumar has worked as Director of UIET from August 2010 to January 2015. He has been Chairman, Department of Electronic Science at Kurukshetra University from 1.05.2006- 30.04.2009 and then again from 1.05.2013-3.11.2015. He has worked as Director, Kurukshetra University Alumni Association for many years.
|Prof. Mushahid Husain, Advisor
Prof. Mushahid Husain is an eminent Scientist and former Vice Chancellor of M. J. P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. Formerly, He was also a Senior Professor of Physics/Nanotechnology, Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi where he established a Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology. Prof. Husain has completed several major research projects specially in nanotechnology funded by DRDO and DIT of wort Rs . approx 6 crores. He is also holding various positions in different academic societies as presently as President of Society for Nanoscience and Technology and Secretary of SSD. He has made about 29 foreign visits. Dr. Zakir Husain award 2014 was conferred on Professor Mushahid Husain and MRSI medal 2016 by MRSI India. He has delivered 116 Invited Talks. Prof. Husain has about 197 Research Papers in reputed International Journals to his credit. He has produced 43 Ph.Ds and edited two books.

Dr. Parikshat Singh Manhas is an established tourism management academician and professional working towards development of sustainable tourism and hospitality practices. He currently serves as the Director of School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and Coordinator for the Global understanding course at University of Jammu. He is also the Member of the Tourism Advisory Board of the state of Jammu & Kashmir. He has been a visiting professor to several international universities such as Taylor’s School of Hospitality, Taylors University, Malaysia (currently visiting), Zyuganov State University of Akotbe (Republic of Kazakhstan), Graduate School of Business, ESAN University (Peru). In addition, he serves on the editorial board of several renowned international journals and magazines such as Journal of Management and Sustainability and Journal of Hospitality, Asia-Pacific Journal of Innovation in Hospitality and Tourism and TEAM (Tourism Educators Association of Malaysia) Journal of Hospitality and Tourism. Prof. Manhas has also been a member of councils and board of national and international importance such as Centre for Research and Innovation (CRiT) Taylors University, Malaysia (2016 -2018) and All India Board of Hospitality and Tourism Management (AIB – HTM) of AICTE. He has authored 9 books and more than 90 research papers which have been published in Journals, Edited Books, and in the Conference Proceedings.

Dr. Govind is working as an expert in the Internet Governance space and has served, as the CEO of National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI), a section 25 company set up under Indian companies act as a public-private partnership towards the promotion of Internet in the country. Formerly, he was Senior Director, heading the E-Infrastructure & Internet Governance areas in Department of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India.Dr. Govind has held key posts in the Department of IT, where he has more than 26 years of experience in various sectors of Information Technology, including Internet Governance, Broadband Internet, E-infrastructure, Inter-Ministerial Group coordination for Policy Development and crystallising the India-stance in global internet strategy. Dr Govind played a key role in successfully establishing Internet Exchange Points in India. He also establishment .IN Registry and National Internet Registry for the allocation of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in the country. He is involved in broadband proliferation, Internet technologies , promotion of domain names in local languages and Multi-stakeholder Advocacy in the Internet Governance field . Dr Govind has done his doctoral thesis in Plasma Physics and Electromagnetic Wave Propagation from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi, India and has to his credit several technical research publications and reports in international and national journals.

Sanjay has nearly 30 years of international experience in the development sector. His work has spanned four thematic areas – Governance, e-Governance, Public Financial Management (PFM) and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). He has applied this subject matter expertise across a range of diverse sectors such as Urban Development, Tourism Development, Rural Development, Infrastructure Development, Water and Sanitation, Skills Development, Education, Health, etc. He has worked extensively with multilateral international development agencies such as – The World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), African Development Bank, UNDP, UNOPS, UNICEF, etc. and leading bilateral such as DFID / UK Aid, Swiss Aid, Giza, DFAT, etc. He has worked with National, State / Provincial and Local Governments and public sector / regulatory authorities, in several countries. Over the years Sanjay has also conducted numerous training workshops for over three thousand senior and middle level executives, professionals and academicians. Monica has over 28 years’ international experience of working as development sector consultant in four major sectors; Public Financial Management (PFM), Governance, e-Governance and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E). She is a graduate in Commerce, Finance and Management and a fellow member of Cost and Management Accountants of India. Her work expands over 9 countries to include India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, China, Germany, and USA. She has worked extensively with multilateral international development agencies such as – The World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), UNDP, UNOPS, and leading bilateral such as DFID / UK Aid, and USAID along with National, State / Provincial and Local Governments and public sector / regulatory authorities, in many of these countries. She served as the lead external advisor and quality assurance specialist for Financial Management solution for the ULBS in India, based upon the Government of India’s National Chart of Accounts. She was involved in implementation of Financial Accounting function in several urban local bodies in India as part of various DFID funding projects. She co-authored the Financial Management Manual for six largest municipal corporations in Bangladesh. She designed and implemented the financial management and budgeting system in over 16 locations in Nepal, as part of the DFID funded RAP project. She has conducted several national and international seminars, training workshops and best practices study tours on M&E, ICT, Governance, E-Governance and PFM.

Dr G G Saxena, an ex-IAS officer, is an expert in Tourism, Infrastructure, Skill Development and Legal domains. He served the government in various capacities including as the MD & CEO of Delhi Tourism and Secretary (Tourism) in Andaman & Nicobar Islands. During this tenure, he has worked towards developing various tourism and hospitality Infrastructure projects under PPP and non-PPP mode. He has initiated the revival of Dying Arts and Festivals of India for promoting Tourism like festivals of Magic, Itr and Sugandhi, Local Cuisines, Kite-flying etc. He has received National Tourism Award 2011 from the President of India for conducting Delhi Heritage Walks for Delhi Tourism and A&N Tourism Policy Literature prepared during his tenure was also awarded National Award. He is main author of the Book “Indian BnBs: Emerging Disruptor in Hospitality Sector”. In addition he have 6 research articles to his credit. He is visiting faculty in IITTM and other Universities and is initiating Tourism & Skill Development courses in various Universities. He has been associated with various international projects as well where he represented India. He was a speaker and Chairman of Technical Sessions in Inter international conferences organized by Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress (ITHC) in collaboration with Tourism Departments of Universities in Bali (Indonesia) and Manila (Philippines). He is also an esteemed member of several professional societies including Indian Council of Arbitration and India Tourism & Hospitality Congress.
|Parul Kumar – M. Geography, M. Planning, MBA, General Manager
Parul Kumar is an Urban and Regional Planner and an MBA with an experience of more than 10 years. She specializes in project management, coordination, monitoring & review of planning and evaluation. Parul served in various capacities for the cause of Planning and Project Management. She has supported in project planning, activity planning and scheduling and monitoring of the projects. She assisted in many development and master plan projects across the country and was also involved in preparing technical methodologies and proposals for Smart City Projects. She was instrumental in preparing City Development Plans for Small and Medium towns of Madhya Pradesh under the UIDSSMT scheme. Parul was also instrumental in preparing Reports for the pilot project Local Area Plan for wards of Karol Bagh Zone in which she has extensively worked on the issues and proposals related to housing and services to urban poor. She has also contributed in Environment based development plans like Rehabilitation of Kedarnath Temple and town, Inventory of coastal features, water bodies and urban greens in Mumbai Metropolitan region and Erangle precinct in Mumbai Metropolitan Region. Recently, she has been involved in preparing “DPR for Buddhist Circuits in Uttar Pradesh (Sarnath)” as an Urban Planner and Social Safeguard Expert. She is also involved in the project “Technical Support to the Formulation of a State Level Master Plan and National Level Program for the Buddhist Circuit”.
|Vishesh Singh –MBA, B.Tech, E-Governance Consultant
Vishesh Singh holds a master degree in Public Services Management & e-Governance and is a certified management consultant from Consultancy Development Centre, New Delhi. He has recently been supporting the preparation and implementation of various tourism development projects/policy reforms and urban revitalization schemes, such as the Strategy for Sustainable and Inclusive Tourism Growth in Rajasthan and the Madhya Pradesh Inclusive Tourism Development Project, conducting background research for various tourist circuits and destinations in these states. He is also supporting the Making Iconic Places Swachch initiative.
|Pooja Dwivedi – MBA, BBA, Consultant
Pooja Dwivedi holds a master degree in Public Services Management & e-Governance, with experience in research, primary and secondary data collection, coordinating with government departments, stakeholder consultation, as well as report writing up. She has recently been involved in various World Bank financed projects and technical assistances at central and state levels in the domain of pro-poor tourism development and inclusive urban revitalization. She is also supporting the Making Iconic Places Swachch initiative, which aims to undertake a special cleanup of India’s 100 iconic sites.
|Ekta Chauhan – MPP, BA, Policy Analyst
Ekta Chauhan holds a master’s degree in Public Policy from National Law School of India University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. She has experience in working with government agencies (such as National Institute of Urban Affairs), Think Tanks and NGOs (such as INTACH and Indian Heritage Cities Network) as well as Media. Her expertise lies in research, primary and secondary data collection, data analysis coordinating with government departments, stakeholder consultation, and policy brief writing.
